Domain Registration and Management

We can check availability, make suggestions and register domains for you. Unlike some hosting companies, we won't then hold you to ransom if you want to take the domain to another host! Registration and Annual renewals are included with our hosting plans.

DNS (Name Servers)

We maintain a set of globally positioned Name Servers that are independent of our hosting servers to maximise service availability. We will set these up and maintain the records for you as part of the hosting plan.

POP Email

Up to 5 POP boxes are included with a standard hosting package.

IMAP Email

Accounts with 2GB or more storage are available.

WEBMAIL

A full featured custom Webmail interface with File Storage option.

Free Trials

Changing your host or starting from scratch can be daunting. We want to make the process easier and less stressful for you! We can often offer you a few months as a free trial to prove our service is exactly what you need.

SPECIAL FEATURES

Our hosting and email services are not the industry standard. We will usually be available by telephone during office hours (and often during the evening and at weekends) to solve any issues. Email issues are typically dealt with within two hours. Some of our hosting and email features include:

Email (in particular SPAM filtering) can be unpredictable in terms of performance. We will provide a clear explanation of most issues you face and make constructive suggestions to maximise performance.
